What's Included in the Service?

Our service ends with a complimentary pool cleaning! Our team will meticulously vacuum, brush, and skim away any debris, leaves, or algae, then shock it with *up to 20 litres of liquid chlorine. That way, your murky pool water will be back to clear and blue, and you can get in and start swimming in no time!

The next step is to test the pool system and ensure all equipment is operating correctly. This includes reassembling the pump, heater, and filtration system following winterization. Once reassembled, we prime the pool pump—provided the water level is sufficient—and start the system to initiate proper water circulation and filtration.
For pools equipped with electric or gas heaters, we also perform a startup check to confirm the unit is functioning correctly and heating efficiently without any issues.

The first step in any pool opening is the removal of the winter cover. For safety covers, this process involves carefully releasing the securing straps and lifting the cover from the pool. The cover is then neatly rolled, placed in a protective storage bag, and stored in your preferred location—typically a shed or garage is recommended.
For tarp or clip-in covers, the process requires additional care. We begin by draining any accumulated water and removing debris from the surface. Once cleared, the cover is carefully detached, removed from the pool, neatly rolled, and properly stored to ensure it remains in good condition for future use.
